the last two years briefly so you kind of have an idea of what has been doing on at this location. the first one is, this is february 16, 2011, and this was at 2:00 a.m.. and i will read you the cad briefly. inside of naan-n-curry restaurant. a concern about an agent x. let's see. it says, that she is disoriented, took her into the restaurant and bought some items and she has been acting weird. this was february the 16th, 2011. this is march the 25th, 2011. this is an assault that occurred. and it says, a group of asian males, females, harassing, and tried to hit her and that is in march. >> what time was that? >> this was at 9:00 in the evening. >> there is another cad report, this is october 27th, 2011. at 6:00 p.m. they had a trespasser at naan-n-curry. >> we have january 1st, 2012. and this is at 4:00, 4:44 in the morning. and the cad reads, naan-n-curry 8:11, intoxicated subjects outside, possibly waiting for rp to come out to start a fight. subjects are five indian males and one female. in clothing, no weapons seen. >> another incident that happened, this is march 24th and t

into the arean a there is a second entry at the lower level for events non basketball events and that will provide an alternative way into the arena. now we have been studying the egress out of the venue very carefully because when people arrive to an event it's over a longer time period. they're flowing in in a less congested way over a greater length of time, but when they leave an event they want to move towards their destination, either public transportation or some other venue, and what we have done is we have intentionally designed a number of egress points that will take people to their prime -- and we have this that allows people to walk around to think what they're doing next and not be creating a lot of dense pedestrian traffic right on the street edge. and just by comparison you can see the red dots on the right of the two entry and exit primary entry points into the arena and you can see that green plaza and the distance that -- those points are from the embarcadero. in contrast if you look at the and this is detailed view of brandon street. we're proposed single entry poi

maybe reconstitute it and take a look at what we're doing and the other possibility is that because the function may be mandated by law, and we really do want to have that oversight work well, you might have to really take a look at the functioning of that committee. everyone agrees that the oversight is huge. there is billions of dollars at stake. it impacts the entire economy and that is one of the reasons that i think the problems are persisting. the other thing that is going on it's in the qwon connecticut context of the state mandate and the oversight that was intended from what i personally saw it's not functioning it's should. thank you. , i believe that they are at 157, 159 now, it should be i think that two of those should be poured last week. and so we are zeroing in on the completing. and right on track, is a weekly update here on the production of the shafts and you can see that we were behind the curve in the beginning with just the learning curve of putting the shafts in but we are caught up and projecting a finish on time. but, it is a quality control, remains in effect on the butress there is coring for checking the structure and that is just the general shot of put ng a rebar cage and the awss work. is the only utility work going on now and as you know we had a little extra activity around halloween and i thought that i would show the photos of the world series, and we are very proud of the giants and some of the players are basically right outside of the job. the budget remains consistent, with the budget, on the construction size. and with the release packages to date. as i said before, a little over 550 craft hours completed and running over 60 percent on the small business or local labor, i am sorry t

now displayed to the public at the academy of science and that will run for a number of months. so we would like to thank the california academy for putting on display the mammoth tooth. and we will be looking for a new home in 2013. and finally on october 17th we had number one of our regularly schedule committee meetings to provide a construction update to our neighbors. so everything that moving along well. now to give our construction update with steve turner. >> good morning, directors. steve, ru, with turner construction, construction oversight. i don't know. is that up? there it is. >> another good month, of work or almost a month and a half since we filled you in on the last period. there were no recordable incidents. we did have one near miss. but, brought to light some issues with the excavation process of sight lines and so that has been dealt with successfully. and allowing the excavator to work while the folks down below were able to position themselves appropriately so they are not in the way of it. we have 550,000 craft hours now, about 60,000 since the last update.

the international program manager at world savvy. i was introduced to this organization because my roommate several years ago pulled me out of bed on a saturday at 7:00 a.m. and when i got there i was amazed at what i found. it was excitement on young people's face as they talked about food security and nutrition internationally. they were high schoolers and it was the world affairs challenge, which is now called the world savvy challenge. the program that we are represent right now is our international programs, our newest program as stated is a fully funded program for youth and educators. at it's highly competitive. so the students going on this program are truly amazing and we're lucky to be traveling with three students from san francisco unified and one educator from there. and just to highlight a few of these things that students will be doing, really stepping out of their comfort level to live as commissioner mendoza said with their host families in bangladesh and will meet nobel laureate mohammed hamas. among many other interesting things. i will let them speak a little bi

. they will look at the resources at hand. they will make a price commitment. we will need to say yes we will take it in a fairly short turnover time, like 48 hours, and so that allows us to know the -- the not to exceed rate allows us as staff to know what is considered affordable when shell comes with a final rate that we can factor into the rate model. is that going to result in a rate below not to exceed and if it is we as staff will come to the commission and may the general manager sign this confirmation with shell, and that's what a lock in the price that we will pay to shell and that we will be the basis for what we charge our customers for four and a half years. it's that approach that allows us to commit to a fixed rate for that four and a half year period. it escalates over time but we we will know what it is and stability for customers at a rate they never experienced with pg&e before and that's an attractive aspect of it, but it requires the two step process on the rates and before we ask a customer if they want to opt out on the program we won't ask them with the not to exc
